Usually something simple that I can take to work with me, like a bagel or some toast. But I would like to try having some protein in the morning in the form of some eggs or some lean meats. We'll see how that works out though. That means I have to get up earlier.

Anything left over in the fridge from dinner the night before. Pork chops are great the next day or chicken. Worked 3rd shift for 9 years.

Toasted Italian Bread with butter, OR
Everything Bagel with Cream Cheese, OR
Blueberry Muffins.....
And I always have hot coffee with milk as well.

I usually eat toast with peanut butter & honey, cereal (froot loops, life or honey nut cherrios) or quakers packaged oatmeal. I eat these on differents days(not all on the same day).

I'm on a special meal plan.....I get something SUPER DUPER YUMMY!
2 scoops of whey/soy protein
12 ozs of milk
And I usually top off with some coffee and splenda....

bagel and cream cheese or toast with olivio. i usually have hazelnut coffee with 3 teaspoons of splenda. i can't skip breakfast or else i get really jittery
