Take him to an orthodontist and have a full set of x-rays to see if they can find them.

My daughter is 14 and she is congenitally missing teeth, including her eyeteeth, she has to have implants.

yep, it's time to see the dentist. Does your son have big teeth like mine does? If he does, their may be teeth in the way, and may have to have some teeth extracted in order for these teeth to come through. good luck, and everything will work out, but it's time to see the dentist!!

No, don't worry my brother just started losing teeth and he is 9 years old. My orthodontist says that my brother is just a late bloomer its nothing to worry about. *smiley face*
