Very little, only the flowers give the juice.

That is dependent upon the strain (genetics) and maturity of the plant. In general, the male plant has much less active moiety than the flowering but unfertilized female plant.

Very low compared to the female plant. If you need more go to somewhere like OFF YA TREE. They have plenty of reference material. Or get some Male and some Female and test it the old fashioned way. :))
