I don't have any spyware, in fact the problem started just after I removed some spyware, could that cause a problem for it?
Even after I close WMP the processor remains at 100%
I have to open task manager and end the process there.

Once you are infected, you can't really trust the PC unless you reformat and reinstall everything. Just make sure you backup your existing data before doing so.

Your Windows is most probably damaged or still has some parts of the infection that were not removed properly. So go ahead and start the process to a clean and usable system. And in the future I recommend that you start doing some full system backups, just in case, which will let you go back without having to reinstall everything. Best way to do that is with drive imaging backup solutions, like Acronis' True Image program.

Is the WMP process causing the 100% CPU usage? If so, there is a problem with WMP...try upgrading or reinstalling it. Or, you could use AlShow, it's faster and more compatible with different files than WMP.

Your internet temproray files are too much now.It might be you use it to see tv or listening music on the net.

Try to clean up your computer with CCleaner
