Since I've been back from vacation Sept 2006 I noticed that the skin on my legs have become super dried out and now even rough. What is a good way to repair this?

I like shea butter cream that I get at Bath and Body works. It is even great on eczema. Give it a try.

You can take an Aveeno bath with the oatmeal which works great.

I recently found curel ($2.49) which has a timed release moisture crystals is awesome. I dry out every winter and it is my cure. (no I don't work for either company)

First of all, I would get one of those scrub bath sponges that you can use in the shower to remove the dry skin if it is flakey. Or maybe you can just use a washrag or one of those net things. I started using Aveeno products and they are great!

Also start drinking more water to hydrate your skin. Hope this works.

I suggest using Corn Huskers Lotion (see link below). You can find it a Safeway too (where I buy mine). Also, drink more water. If you drink coffee or soda pop, switch it out for ice water instead. You're not getting enough hydration.
