Naturally occuring ones. Have a piece of salmon on Friday, tuna on Tuesday, and you don't have to worry about suppliments - you can get all the fish oil / Omega 3s you need from your diet with 2 servings per week.

All the fish oils sold over the counter seem to be about the same and you usually have to take about 2 grams a day(about four caps). You can get as much omega 3 from two servings a week of salmon. There is a prescription omega 3 fish oil called OMACOR which your doctor can prescribe for high triglycerides that cannot be controlled by diet.

I take and recommend OmegaGuard. It's ultra pure - pharmaceutical grade omega 3's and uses low temperature, triple molecular distillation and purification process that concentrates natural beneficial omega 3 fatty acids and helps remove harmful contaminants including heavy metals, lead, mercury, arsenic, cadmium, dioxins and PCBs.

Provides a full spectrum of seven natural omega 3 fatty acids -- EPA, DHA, ALA and more.

Hope this is helpful and feel free to contact me with questions.
