No. Astrology is a pseudo science that pretends to divulge the influence of the stars upon human affairs; it is a false science that claims to foretell earthly events by means of the positions and aspects of these heavenly luminaries. It is, of course, one of Satan's substitutes for the true science of astronomy and for the true principle of receiving revelation of future events from divine sources.
Ancient uninspired peoples were frequently deluded by the snares of the "astrologers" among them (Isaiah 47; Dan 1:20; 2:27; 4:7; 5:7), but it is difficult to understand why people in modern and supposedly enlightened and civilized nations should submit to these stargazing absurdities. Enlightened people in and out of Christ's Church shun them for the abominations they are.

No I don't think anyone should live by astrology or let it influence them. The bible talks about astrology more that once.

That is really up to yourself to decide something like that. You must look inside yourself and ask yourself what you want to influence you in your life. If you read something and it tells you that you are going to have a happy day and you read that in the morning it is more likely for you to just plain be happy because your expecting it to happen. But on another note, maybe it was right and it was an over all happy day. You have to chose that for yourself.

I'm a good Catholic, and I also have 'the best astrologer in the world' ... but I only call on her when it's something 'really big' that I have a question about ... like when I am getting married. First, I don't call her to ask her IF I should get married, but I do call her after we are engaged to do his 'natal chart' and compare it to mine and tell me if she sees any 'big bad spots' to be on the lookout for in the future. I also 'read' the daily horoscopes when I'm 'online' but that is just 'for fun' and to see just 'how close' those come (usually, they don't at all, but they 'do' come close about 1/100th of the time) to what is 'really going on' in my life and my husband's life. It's 'lucky' that we are both the same 'birth sign' so I only have to read 'one' horoscope for the both of us.

its useful for understanding yourself.
And just for interest on the first page of the bible(genesis) where god makes the stars there is something about them being signs - sounds like supporting astrology to me.

what can and what should influence your life are very different. You CAN let it influence you life, many people follow everything about the astrology belief and only date astronomical companions but is this what they SHOULD be doing? idk, to me it is irrational!
