The best way to boost your metabolism is to exercise. Try exercising for 20-30 min at a time, at least 3 days a week. Increase this in length and frequency.
The muscle you're building requires more calories to maintain, even at rest.

Green tea is an ANTI OXIDANT. That means it is good for your skin and makes it healthy and supple for long life time. I am from india and can prove it since our country is famous for tea. Bye
