science is against belief. Everything is questioned and possible, nothing is certain. It is not generally fitting very well with the common religious outlook

Let's get real. A very few maybe 2% are fundamentalists, about 50% are nominal middle of the road Christians, Catholic, Methodist, Presbyterian, mainstream Jews and Hindus that accept evolution and the whole ball of wax while using religion for the moral components, then maybe 30% are agnostic, they just don't take sides, and the rest are atheists.

Yes, there are Christian top scientists. Its just that they get black balled by atheists. Like the guy who invented the MRI machine. He was a Christian and invented the MRI machine and he ended up getting two assistants to help in perfecting the machine. They were atheists and they ended up winning the Nobel Peace Prize in medicine for inventing the MRI machine and the Christian guy who did the actual invention got swat.

There are Christians Scientist. One problem comes from getting grant research if your a professing Christian are you as likely to get money as an Atheist NO.

Actually, many are. I forget if it was Watson or Crick, but one of the two discoverers of DNA is in fact a staunch intelligent design supporter.

there are some that are but on a whole they are not, why because the have brains and don't fall for this religion cr@p.
