lower diastolic ,normally its below 90 ,if 90 or above its high bp,90-95 mild,95-100 moderate,above 100 is considered severe ,limit salt intake,and fluid,along with diuretics ,and b -blockers,and avoid stress,follow up regularily with doctor ,and it will be ok ,aim is to keep it 90 or below

right now you should you should be at the doctors office, both numbers are way to high, your meds are not working and need changed or increased. thetop number relates more towards strokes and the bottom heart attacks.

The upper number is a bit more important, but yes -- get to the doctor b4 you have an MI or a Stroke !!!!!!!!!!!!
