Okay, diet pills don't work.
With everything on your plate, the fact that you can get to the gym for 45 minutes 4 times a week is amazing. Keep it up... make your time count.
It looks like you are on track. Pay close attention to how many calories you are eating and you should be fine. You might not lose 30 pounds by May, but you should be able to see a good chunk of that gone. Good luck!

I lost 105 pounds in 6 months. Here is how I did it.
1. Every morning get up and walk for 45 minutes. You can start with less time, but you want to get up to 45 minutes, and it must be fast walk. You want your heart rate to go up. It must be in the morning, it kick starts your metabolism.
2. I cut out Red Meat, and fatty foods. Boneless skinnless chicken breast, baked, or grilled, rice and vegetables (steamed).
3. Eat half. Just eat half of what you normally eat. Put 1/2 on your plate, and put the rest away. Cook less. When you go to fast food, get salads only. Or grilled chicken. No fries, only diet soda. Or water.
It will work, once you get into a routine, you will get hooked on the results, and you will keep the routine. It has been over a year for me.
Also start counting your calories. Write them down. You would be amazed as to how much more aware you are of your caloric intake, if you actually write it down. We recently discovered a site that offers a great program that counts calories, as well as keeps track of everything. It allows multiple users, so everyone in the family can keep track. They offer a free 7 day trial, and so far I am very impressed with the product. Try the 7 days and see. It allows you to add the exercise that you do during the day, which increases the amount of calories you can take in. Very Cool!!

Eat well balance only when you are hungry (but never skip a meal) - 3 small meals a day if possible. Dont overeat, eat until satisfied and stop. If you get hungry later on, you can always have another snack.
Drink plenty of water - many people confuse thirst with hunger.
Keep exercising! Always burn more than you intake
Its VERY dangerous to lose that much that fast. But you're doing great. You'll get there, and doing it more slowly will help you keep it off for good.

yes iit iis posiible ut be carefull.
in answer to yur question about shediin weight yuu should use the motabalism diet iis a good diet as iit makes yur motabalism faster which helps burn alot more calories when yuu exersize. for example: say yuu usually burn of 50 calories when walking up and down the stairs for 20 mins iif yur motabalism iis faster then iit will burn of double that yuu can get the full diet in books at the liabry. x

yes, you have more than enough time. I done 25 in a month and a half. you just got to start eating healthy for a while and you will see the results. go to wal-mart and buy some 2pd weights for your wrisks and your ankels and walk with them while you are on lunch break

Ill be brief. Forget the diet pills- theyre bad news. Lot of fruits and vegetables , broiled meats as chicken, pork etc and salads. good luck bettyk

yes it is very possible
get any diet pill with Hoodia in it and it will work the best!!! and keep exercising and eating right... if it's at all possible, try to cut some carbs out of your diet... it really helps!!! :] and drink lots and lots of H2O
