I can recommend you some interesting sites I normally use:
Martha Stewart Recipe finder: http://www.marthastewart.com/page.jhtml?type=learn-cat&id=cat267&rsc=SC287206
Foodnetwork: http://www.foodnetwork.com
BBC recipes: http://www.bbc.co.uk/food/recipes
Cooks.com: www.cooks.com

The three first are great for me as most of the recipes have pictures.
There is another great site which is cooking for engenieers. This site has step by step pictures and is awesome too.
go to http://www.cookingforengineers.com/ and then click on Recipe File.

Good luck
