im not sure wether or not to go with a tear drop in my left eye or a big peice of man meat entering my mouth from my left cheekbone. what do you think?

Go with the teardrop or Native artwork. Just think of the future, jobs you might have, what you will look like when you get to be my age (over 50), the social situations you might find yourself in, etc. Do you really want "man meat" to be the only thing anyone will ever focus on, concerning you, for the rest of your life?

I think that you should get both!! Most artists will toss in a little tear drop as part of a facial.

I think you would have to be the most stupid person to get a tattoo on your face period!!!!Tear drop? hell no are u a wannabe gang member? have you been in prison over 5 years? you can't be serious about getting a dik on your face. i love tattoos, but facial tattoos, are a little too extreme for my liking. but hey, if that's what you like, i suggest you get something that doesn't imply you are a gang member or that you like diks in your mouth.

Do you have a lot of money or work for yourself? A lot of people won't employ people with tattoo's let alone a facial tattoo.
