Go to the grocery store, or Wal-Mart, and get you some whitener for your teeth. There are lots of great ones on the market. They're expensive, but they're worth it. Also, Listerine has a tooth whitener mouth wash to maintain your teeth after you've whitened them. Also, you can use just plain old hydrogen peroxide to whiten your teeth as well. It's more cost efficient, and works well too. Good luck.

Have you rapidly changed any food habits last one year? If yes change them. Teeth usually are not super white, they are pale yellow. Brush twice daily, floss once a day, bleach, drink water. After all this, if it still doesn't change, visit a doctor.
