Why are there many baptisms in Christianity, for example: sprinkling, pouring, immersion, dipping, and some baptize without using water at all. Help, I'm confused!

Today said: "Ultimately Baptism is just a sign of faith. Its the faith that saves you. ie Abraham never baptised." First off, we don't have the full account of the old testament prophets and their doings. Secondly, even if Abraham didn't do it Christ revealed a new testament and said "Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God," obviously referring to baptism by immersion. Jesus Christ Himself was baptized to 'fulfill all righteousness' him providing the example for all of his followers. In the Book of Acts the Apostles saw it as a necessary ordinance in order to be saved hence, Acts 2: 38 "Repent, and be baptized every one of you."

Do not be like the Pharisees who "rejected the counsel of God against themselves, being not baptized..." (Luke 7:30). For, baptism doth also now save us. (1 Pet. 3: 21)
One more "And he commanded them to be baptized in the name of the Lord..." (Acts 10:48.)

The Bible teaches baptism by full submersion. Jesus himself was fully submerged in baptism by John the Baptist. The religions who follow sprinkling, pouring, etc. are completely unbiblical.

Baptism is Is an open agreement before God and man and symbolizes that a person dedicates their life to serving God in a way that is pleasing to him. To do this a person needs to be at an age of understanding. He also needs to have a basic understanding of the Bible?
Understanding of who God is? Who Jesus is? what a Soul is? What a Spirit is? What Hell is? What the Kingdom of God is? What God's plans for the Earth is? How a person can survive this world's ending? Then he or she needs to do what Jesus commanded his followers to do at Mathew 28:18,19
All of this plus many more things are needed? But nothing is a burden and the truth can set you free from sin and death.
One of the main things needed is that a person have a humble heart, and want to understand, but with honesty using the scriptures as all authority.
Any other baptism is in vain. You are right, Ephesians 4:5 tells the truth, God has only one way. All other ways lead to Destruction. All scripture is inspired of God, 2 Tim 3:16

Lots of disagreement in the Christian religion as to the proper administration of baptism, I think the only thing that they all have in common is the use of water. Those outside of mainstream Christianity can't agree on how many Lords we have, and there is most definitely not a singular faith since it runs a complete spectrum. Unfortunately, all of the Bible's authors have spoken their piece and left the building, leading us to decide what is the "real" faith.

With all the denominiations and division, confusion and mans tradition has taken over many aspects of different churches doctrine. So not all churches believe in doing what was handed down to us in Scripture but rather following their own traditions and manmade doctrines.

Watch your life and doctrine closely. Persevere in them, because if you do, you will save both yourself and your hearers. -1 Timothy 4:6

If you read the verse in context, it's talking about water baptism(a.k.a. immersion). See Romans 6:3-4 for more info. about immersion.

generally speaking, whether it concerns religion, politics, rock groups, etc., it is human nature for people to branch out or to create a another flock that matches their rhythm, their beliefs, their thoughts.... just look at youtr own social life of past and present, have they not changed considerably?... and if not, they will each year, each decade... i'm in my 40s now and have witnessed this is a commond trend in all walks of life... don't be confused. learn to accept that people like vanilla or chocolate or whatever and may add other stuff to it that you may or may not like... and there are some that just don't like those flavors period, right.... but gosh dang it, if people don't like chocolate...

Sound like your making a mountain out of a mole hill.

Its not the amount of water its the public confession of faith that is important.
