Speaking as a married woman, I think there are always insecurities. There are always prettier women with better bodies who are freakier in bed. They are everywhere!!! BUT - as long as he keeps coming home to me and I don't let those insecurities get the best of me, we'll be OK.

On the flip side though...I think men often have some of the same insecurities as women (that maybe they don't admit to) There are also better looking men with wash board abs and bigger penises out there and I'm sure they wonder if their woman doesn't secretly wants to be with some Greek God-like man.

Thankfully, mature adults are looking for more out of a relationship than just bigger boobs or bigger penises or wash board abs.
