I have been envolved with this girl for 2 years and we act like we are together and spend all of our spare time together. Yet she doesnt want to give it a title, she says that she takes it very serious and the person she will officially call her boyfriend will more than like be her husband. She wants to make sure my finances are stable and my walk with Christ is going well. Is this a coverup or does she really want to be with me.

It sounds like she is a girl who knows what she wants and she just wants to make sure when she goes for it that it's going to work. I think that it's good she is like this, but at the same time you need to tell her that you gotta know exactly what her intentions are with you, because you don't wanna be hanging there thinking she is waiting for you to get your life in order and all of a sudden she ends up with someone else. She sounds like she is pretty forward with you so be forward back!

How does she know who she's going to marry in the future? For her to not want a relationship because she says you're not likely to be her future husband like that is a huge insult. She needs to get her facts straight and not be so judgmental. Just because you COULD be having financial problems does not mean that you ARE having them, or that you WILL be having them for the rest of your life. As for religion, there might be some conflict there, but that doesn't mean that should be a humongous deal, since, if you were interested, you would learn, and if not, then the relationship would probably not work out. That'd be the only reason I could think of to not get into a relationship. Besides, even if you two don't get married, the relationship would at least be good practice.

It's really difficult to tell the difference between knowing for certain that the person is willing to start a relationship or not. At times we are afraid of telling the person that we like the boy or girl we've been seeing because he or she might tell you that they are already investing their feelings in someone else or they just don't like. To me this seems like she wants to make it work and doesn't want to end up in another 'short period' relationship. My advice is to wait painfully until she makes her decision.

no, she is just using you until she finds something better. Don't put up with it, find someone who appreciates you and is not worried about your finances. 2 years is to long to be playing games.

actually i really don't know....it sounds like it is really hard to tell because maybe she wants to be your friend more than your girlfriend but if she makes sure your finances are stable maybe she really does like you.....hope this helps!

yea, i was totally thinking she wanted an open ended relationship until you threw that "walk with Christ" thing.

sounds to me like she wants to be able to claim she only had one boyfriend ever who then became her one husband ever and up until that point everything else remained "plausibly deniable".

so you're not that one who's going to be her one forever...yet. creepy.
