if losing some pounds of any description and inches is what you want then I would suggest you use a diet that is all natural and is rich in protein and vitamins. This allows your body to get all the things it needs to function correctly and so you don’t feel hungry or tired. By doing this instead of going on one of these current craze diets you will be successful. I used a protein based diet with Herbalife after a friend who had lost weight recommended it to me. All the way through you feel great and energized, you also get great coaching and support along the way. The people are very friendly and gave me lots of great advice. I needed to lose 40 pounds and I did so fairly easily. There is no pressure and they will even send you a load of free samples so you can try before you buy. The samples were the thing that initially convinced me that this was the right path to choose, I could tell the difference right away. The products really work and you feel great whilst losing weight. They are fun to work with as well as being serious about helping you lose weight.
I lost all my weight in less than four months and they have helped me to keep it off. I would definitely recommend using them, the tips you get and encouragement are excellent (their advice and time is FREE). I am still with them so I stay healthy. The owners will advise you on what to purchase depending on what you want to lose, my sister did this also and lost 76 pounds in less than five months. The website is www.myhealthabc.com, if you want to lose the healthy way and quickly then this is for you. You just leave your details and they call you up, I would suggest that if you aren’t sure or don’t want someone to ring you then go to their main site www.myhealthabcmall.com and you can see all the products and packages. This is what I did before I went to the first site and left my details so they could contact me. You can see with all the products and detail they have that they mean business. Its nice to have contact with real people who care about you losing weight and improving your health instead of someone just trying to sell you something. I am confident now that I will continue to keep the weight off with the help I have received. I think so long as you are serious about losing weight then these guys will genuinely get you there

First off - drinking a gallon a day can be VERY dangerous. It damages your liver, and cleans out ALL the salt in your body - which will end up killing you. I really hope the gallon was overestimated.
Second - its dangerous to lose weight "fast" and it will most likely come right back.
With that said - burn more than you eat (calorie wise). Also, you mentioned three meals (good, never skip, especially breakfast), but its healthier to eat 5-6 smaller meals. Also, (without skipping a meal) eat if you are truly hungry (listen to your body, it knows when it needs more fuel, hunger pains and a grumbling stomach are good indications it needs more food). Only eat until you are satisfied (dont over eat at meals). Eat slowly and well balanced.
Exercise is good, so you are on track with that. Again, you just want to burn more than you intake.
Also - I wouldnt listen to the "dont eat carbs, oils, ect". This is the problem I have with actual deit plans - everything and anything is good for you, just moderate it right. (Although, kicking the soda-pop out is a good idea - but thats just because I havent drank any in over 5 years and I dont understand how people drink so much of it).

Gallon of water... excessive. Just try for 8 8oz glasses (half a gallon).
Situps are fine, any muscles you miss will probably be worked during pilates.
Count your calories to make sure you are not over eating (even with 3 meals a day). Snacking isn't bad if you PLAN for it in advance, budget your calories and make wise decisions. Don't eat a snickers bar - have a piece of fruit.
You probably need to add some cardio. Start with 30 minutes, 3 times a week. Pilates is great to tone muscles, but it really doesn't get your heart rate up to the point where you start burning fat.
Good luck!

What you should do is not eat large meals but instead eat smaller meals..like instead of eatting 3 large meals divided up to 6 smaller meals.. That way your metabolism has calories to burn. Also what you do is don't drink soda...I stopped drinking soda and lost 15 pounds..I'm also trying to lose weight for the summer too lol.. Dont eat anything with a lot of sugar or rice or lots of carbs. I eat mostly just fruits and vegetables and drink lots of water. I go jogging 2 times a day each time for 45 minutes. I do 50 situps in the morning and 50 more at night. i hope this works for you...

Diets don't work!!!! Change your lifestyle. Eat a breakfast of fruit and cereal. Avoid ready meals crisps, coke or fizzy drinks. Work out every day or two - walking is good. If you need to have a snack make it a banana or apple. Good luck!!!!
