And why do they think they are "better" than us? Is anyone else sick of the obese taking up space...and having to smell them? Before all you over weight girls get mad...Im talking the morbidly obese, not the girl who needs to lose 50 lbs.

I hade a 500 lb roommate who thought she was sooo much better than me. But all she did was eat, she never cleaned up after herself, never took a shower, and let her dogs **** all over the house. But somehow she was better, and I was a slupid slut. HA.

It's half jealousy. The other half is that they try to find good qualities about themselves, and then they pretend that these are all that matter and that looking good means nothing compared with being good on the inside. (I've always found that a lot of your inward characteristics are shown on the outside, so I don't quite buy that.) This logic then gets twisted--they think that pretty girls don't have the same good inner qualities they do.
Ro--some airlines make people that take up two seats actually buy two tickets--you might not have to put up with that much longer.

What seems strange is that when the large girls are large they say size doesn't matter. When they loose the weight they tend to go shopping for new clothes to show off the new bod. Oprah, queen of the yo-yo diet, is a perfect example and so is her friend Tyra Banks. Flipped out when she was called fat and then lost a bunch of weight and got back into modeling. I'm not going to date either and prefer a modestly built woman who isn't scared to hit the gym or go on a run. I know from a guys point of view, if I feel fat or am fat, I will work out and change it. Be proactive. Don't surround yourself with unhealthy bitchy people and order out all the time. Find a healthy active hobby and this whole self deprecating dilemma will fade. In Europe working out is not odd. It is considered responsible. Fitness is respected because it difficult to maintain as is a vocabulary or social skills. You should know it is important to you and the people in your life.

I don't think they all do hate skinny girls..but lets face it girls are bitchy...hense the movie "Mean girls". People who are overweight usually dislike skinny girls if they feel that they are saying things about them behind their back or worse, to their face. These girls already have a wayyyy low self esteem....so they try to cover that up by acting like they don't care what other people do or say...they are happy!...It's never the case..someone who is overweight and says they are happy is pure lying! I guess it's their way of coping but I don't think it's fair to stereotype them all as you have done.

I don't know whether they really hate us or are just wishing to be thinner (and resenting to have to work in order to get there).
However, flying Atlanta to Los Angeles there was a morbid obese person in the seat near mine... taking up space and paying exactly as much as I did.. difference: I paid the whole fare to have her inconvenience me and make me feel uncomfortable, she paid as much as I did but was very comfortable. I didn't even have the nerve to say sh*t because I was afraid she would start ranting some victim mentality stuff (like, "it's not my fault if I am fat") because I would have replied "well, dear, it's not mine EITHER, how come I'm paying for that???".

Look at how you're talking about them, and then ask yourself why they hate you. And they don't hate all skinny girls, just the ones who are nasty and arrogant. I'm skinny, and no overweight person who knows me hates me.
Your roommate sounds like a disgusting pig, but that's HER, not all obese people. I had a skinny roommate who wasn't much better than your roommate.

they probably just hate on skinny girls to help there self esteem issues. Imagine if you were them and couldn't do all the cative things you do now. i'm sure it is frustrating to them, i mean who else are they going to talk about except the ones that look better than them,
