I know the first thing you will probably say is we spend too much time together, this we are working on. But I know he is not phycially seeing anyone because we work together, live together and do everything together, mainly cause we have one car. I can honestly say he doesn't go anywhere. We have been together for a year and he has never cheated on me before. He is just acting different, distance, loving me one day and hating me the next. Anyone actually experienced this before and can tell me the signs of how he acts. We don't have a computer at home so it would have to be at work via e-mail or phone. Please help me.

I've learned through experience that once you've gotten to the point of suspicion there is a good chance it is happening. It's sort of like intuition. Your subconscious has picked up on the distance and the extreme behavior and is telling you what is up.

It happened to me. I started getting the feeling my ex was fooling around. I couldn't exactly pinpoint any one reason, but sure enough when I finally got the nerve to ask, my suspicions were confirmed. Luckily, she was truthful about it and didn't lie. Chances are if you are feeling it, he knows you are and may be ready to deal with it. Time to have a talk.

He's probably not doing anything. The key sign would be a change to his routine, and most work places regulate online usage. At worst, he may have exchanged a couple of harmless "how's it going emails" with an ex.
He could just be stressed out with work or money. I wouldn't worry about it.
