First you have to decide that you really want to and convincing yourself that it is possible.
then it's all about staying busy and filling your mind with so much other stuff he can't fit in anymore.
The first step is the hardest. (I can't reach it yet)

well i dumped 2 guys in my life so far and usually its kind of hard...i just had a boyfriend this year and we really didn't talk to each other so i wrote him a letter on email and we are really good friends but sometimes i still like him but thats okay some people just can't get over their ex's....so i think you should talk to him about it, or even write a letter and ask to be friends

I know it is very hard for you, but just take it on a day-by-day basis. You can't just ripp someone out of your heart just like that. Hang in there.
