Hey check out the website Blue Knob Auto, there located near Harrisburg, but there cars see on average 20% below the blue book value because of there high volume. They sell on average 500-600 cars a month. The cars go quick so you'll have to stay updated on their site. Oh ya good luck finding a car and don't drive crazy like I did when I was your age, lol.

Hondas in general are the best cars. They last forever, get good gas mileage and break down alot less than other cars. They are the best cars you can get for the lowest price.
Sure you can get cheaper cars, but what you dont pay in the purchase price you end up paying for in maintenance. For instance, you can pick up a GEO metro for a few hundred bucks, but you will pay more in maintenance and fixing it than what you paid for it

Find a used car that is in good condition, one that you would like to drive, then run a carfax on it. If the carfax turns out ok, you shouldnt have any problems with the car.
