Yes, in moderation. Your dog should eat his own food, mostly.

Pasta is made with sugar and flour...as well as other ingredients, but those two are of a concern for dogs. Neither of these ingredients should be in dog food or anything else that is fed as a main part of its diet. Pasta (especially those that more nutrient dense then plain white pasta) are okay as a treat...however; better options for treats include carrots, apples, brown rice, etc.

So, if you are inclined to feed pasta to your dog, just limit the quantity.

Cooked pasta (without sauce) is fine for dogs as a treat on occasion. But feed it in moderation ... pasta is high in carbohydrates and can cause a good amount of weight gain in a dog if given too often or in too large of portions.

You can,but it has no nutrional value for your dog. If your dog is prone to allergies I wouldn't give pasta at all since it's made of grains.

no because human food is not good for dogs it can cause stomach problems and not only that because the pasta can be too rich at times it can mess up the digestive track in your dog and you will end up with a mess of diarrea or maybe the dog will vomit. stick with dog food only. and no human food .it can give dogs obese problems down the line if you keep giving to over a long periods of time.

table scraps will not harm a pet, had a black lab who lived till he was 20, all he ever ate. Just never feed chocolate or anything with caffine, will race his heart beat to a dangerous level. Besides think about it, dogs will eat just about anything, if he likes it he will eat it.

According to my vet, we killed our last dog by feeding him table scraps. Ask a vet.
