Some companies offer free filing of the 1040EZ T, other wise mail it in

Hello, Sanday! I assume that by "1040-t" you are referring to the 1040EZ-T, "Request for Refund of Telephone Excise Tax." Some of the IRS partner e-file websites do offer e-filing for the 1040EZ-T form.

Go to the second link below and search the page (Edit -> Find, or Ctrl+F for most browsers) for "1040EZ-T" or "1040EZT," and you will find several websites who offer it. I just did a quick search and found the following:
