This is a fast and great recipe. Cook your noodles, drain. Add Velveeta, a dash of milk, and a little shredded cheese. Pour into baking dish. Top with more shredded cheese and top with Italian style bread crumbs. Bake 350 for about 20-25 minutes.

BEST baked mac and cheese recipe!!!! its sooo yummy.
24 ounces macaroni
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup flour
4 cups milk
16 ounces Velveeta cheese (sometimes I use even more)
1 pinch white pepper or black pepper
1-2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Prepare macaroni according to package directions.
Melt butter in a large pan.
Whisk flour into melted butter to create a light roux (paste).
Slowly whisk milk into the roux, whisking constantly to avoid lumps.
Allow milk and roux to heat for about one minute, then begin adding the Velveeta.
Continue to gently whisk the mixture until all Velveeta has melted, then add a pinch of white or black pepper.
After macaroni has cooked, drain the water from the pot and mix in the cheese sauce.
Once the macaroni and sauce are mixed together, tranfer to a 9 x 13 baking dish.
Cook uncovered for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly.
Sprinkle 1 or 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese over the top and bake for 5 more minutes, or until cheddar cheese is throughly melted.
Remove from oven and allow to cool for 5 to 10 minutes before serving.

Boil the macaroni like normal then add some cheese to it like normal then put it in a small oven pan and put some cheese on the top of it and bake it at 350 until it has a little brown on the top. Don't try to put the macaroni in the oven without boiling it.

Baked Chili Mac:
55 min 10 min prep
6-8 servings
1 cup uncooked elbow macaroni (we use Mission lower-carb macaroni)
1 lb lean ground beef or ground buffalo meat or ground chicken or ground turkey
1 cup chopped yellow onions
1 tablespoon minced garlic (about 4 cloves)
1 (14-15 ounce) can chopped peeled tomatoes, with juice
1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
1 (7 ounce) can chopped mild green chilies, with liquid
1 (15 ounce) can red kidney beans or black beans or black soybeans, drained
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon dried ancho chile powder
2 teaspoons dried oregano
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
Tabasco sauce, to taste
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Cook the pasta according to package directions until al dente (if using regular macaroni this will take about 6 to 7 minutes, if using lower-carb versions it'll take about 15 minutes); drain and set aside.
3. While pasta is cooking, in a large sauté pan cook the ground meat, onion, and garlic until meat is browned, about 5 to 7 minutes; drain fat if desired or necessary.
4. Add the tomatoes, tomato paste, mild green chiles, beans, chili powder, ancho, oregano, cumin, pepper, salt, and tabasco (to taste) and simmer for 5 minutes.
5. Add the cooked macaroni and stir well to incorporate.
6. Pour mixture into a lightly pan-sprayed large casserole dish and sprinkle with the cheddar cheese.
7. Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 to 30 minutes or until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
8. Serve with a bit of sour cream for topping and veggies.
