Have you ever tried a shore lunch prepared from a fresh caught 2 1/2lb walleye that was filleted and fried? I like them the best. They melt in your mouth.
Good grief just thinking about it makes me hungry.

the best in my opinion is the speckled perch or known as crappie. i live in florida and have had some of the northern fish but a crappie is hard to beat. there must be a reason that a million crappie fishermen come to florida every year to load up on them.
