That sounds like fraud. I've been a customer for a long time, they've always been fair with me.

George, what exactly is Citi Card doing to get that 40%? That seems a bit high for most credit cards. What is the APR on the statement, and in the terms and conditions? Is she making monthly payments, or just blowing them off?

Citicard sucks!! I've been goin' round n round with them for over a year to correct my account. It's either their computer program or they just have no idea and can't or won't fix it. You just wouldn't believe the aggravation these people have caused.
Citicard employs nothin' but retards.
