I just purchased the HP psc 1209 all-in-one Printer. I would like to know if I can "Scan" a document and send it to my monitor then print it out?

Your answers sound helpful. (Now) should I start with a blank screen, from my desktop,Wordperfect mode, etc.
Where should I start?

Your printer may have come with some software that will allow you to do this (as well as resize or crop your images as need be).

I use photoshop myself. if you do as well, just click file>import>(whatever your printer is called) and just go from there.
