Sue you in a small claims court. I'd bring an intentional tort action for battery. Just kidding! I'm in law school and we actually had to read and brief a case where a kid pulled a chair out from under a lady and she sued him (his parents, rather). Dumb old hag! He was 5 years old. (By the way, the lady won and got monetary damages from his parents)

Anyway, I would probably laugh, if I knew you. If I didn't, I would probably cuss you out.
