Wow. If he knows you're getting married and he's still at it, that's bad. If you have to and it gets really bad, you can always get a restraining order. Or you could at least threaten to. That might work.
How is work? I mean, can you ask your department to put you in another department? Or maybe you can work elsewhere? That is all pretty extreme, but it may be an option.
Well, good luck.

If you want to stay friends tell him your getting married and the only person you are interested in is you fiance. If he still don't get it tell him back off of your getting a restraining order or have you future husband confront him. Good luck.

tell him the limits of your friendship, and let him know what you mean. pretty much, stop hitting on me, im getting married. If that fails, maybe have your fiance come in, so the guy gets the hint that yes, your really are engaged, and no, you're not hooking up with him, it seems that he doesn't really care, tho, so threaten for a charge of harrasment. or just punch him with that stone of yours. he'll get the hint. :]

You have no control over how someone else chooses to feel, thus if he chooses to feel hurt over your rejection, that isn't your fault (although one would hope you wouldn't go out of your way to ensure he does).
Tell him firmly, so he cannot have ANY doubt, that you are not interested in him and that if he continues to pester you, you'll take it up with your superiors. You shouldn't have to put up with that nonsense in the workplace. No means no.
Why haven't you done something before now? Why are his feelings more important than yours?

Tell him that you are in a serious relationship. If he continues to bug ya then you should inform your supervisor of his advances and that your supervisor should speak with him. If he continues then you should go to your HR department and lodge a complaint. Nobody wants to see a person lose their job but you can't do your job with some knucklehead bugging you. Good luck.

Being a man myself, I would prefer the straight forward approach. Meaning, tell him how you feel and why. I think this is the best way to handle issues like this, I know I would appropriate and respect your honesty.

just tell him. if he's persistant in ignoring you, especially if you advise him in the presence of other individuals, then you may be dealing with a stalker, and not a "normal" guy.
establish the definition by being honest with him, then you gotta take it from there. obsessive attractions that are typical with stalkers are no joke. and its at work. something could end up being wrong with that guy....
