Turn off your computer and talk to him.

Communication is a great thing.

I've known people who waited longer than you two have been dating and they are still happily married. There is no set limit for how long you date versus when you get engaged.

Stay if the status quo is ok. Leave if you want to become married, because this guy wants no part of that.
