Deber sounds better in normal conversation as opposed to necesitar:

Debes aprender would be the informal. You don't need to put tu because the ver conjugation implies it.

Debeís aprender would be the Spanish spanish translation.

Ud debe aprender would be the formal. Ud is placed first to clarify (debe could also be used as a el/ella conjugation so it's smart to clarify)

Just remember that if you're speaking to a Latin American AND you DON'T know the person, use the "Ud." conjugated form the verb "necesitar," which is "necesita." Also, when you're speaking to more than one Latin American person, be sure to use the "Uds." conjugated form of the verb, which is "necesitan"; it's BEST to use "Uds." when you're talking to more than one person because you need to stress that you're talking TO and ABOUT them because the "Uds." conjugated form of the verb (or for ANY Spanish verb for that matter) is ALSO the exact conjugated verb form to use when you're saying "Ellos" or "Ellas", which LITERALLY means "They."

To need is "necesitar", you need is "tu necesitas" or just "necesitas", thats litterally, but weird. Its better "debes" (for a friend) or "debe" (more respectful).

So I suggest "debes aprender" or "te recomiendo aprender" its more natural. If your going to talk to a superior, you would say "usted debe aprender" o "le recomiendo aprender".
