I have heard on the enternet that an invironmental group is developing a virus to kill off most humans so as to protect the planet.from over population.Is this true?

Well there will be some that survive besides the society. They will be very mad and they will get there punishment. If u think u have a special virus it will not kill every body there are too many safety things built into our genes and Mother Nature .
It is like the dirty bomb . The odds are very high that the nut will get a good dose before he can blow it up.

That sounds like the plot of the movie "Twelve Monkeys".
I doubt that it is true. It seems to be expensive to create and maintain biological weapons; only a government has that kind of money.
