Well first off have you ever supplemented yourself? It's alway to have a great Organic Multi-vitamen to take while eating organic food. A friend's sight I'd like to recommend. Lot's of organic supplements, and food.

Water — from the tap, if possible. Invest in a filter to remove minor impurities (we've used a Britea pitcher with a replaceable filter, have had it for years, it's inexpensive, and suits just fine). Seriously, however, water is probably the most important thing you can put into your system, and is either ignored or is overpriced and subject to huge amounts of nonsensical hype.
