This is what you do...

1. cook the rice in a rice cooker or a big pot.
2. mince some garlic
3. warm up (not to high) a sauté pan and add oil to sauté pan, wait one minute.
4 after one minute add the garlic.
5. imminently add the beef before garlic is cooked, let the beef cook till browned (or however rare you like it).
6. add a little salt, pepper and the teriyaki sauce (I use oyster sauce which tastes better in stir fry).
7. let all cook for couple of minutes and turn off heat.
8. Find a big plate and pour on the stir fry
9. Scoop out all the rice and put in large bowl
10 don't use the soy sauce but put it out on the table, so people who want to use it can
11. enjoy!

**dont add the broccoli unless you really want to

I like the idea of stir frying it and putting it into flour tortilla shells with the teriyaki. Add in some bean sprouts (if you have them) and you've made mooshu.

You could also take half of your beef aside, dice it up, and use it to make some fried rice. I won't go into how to make fried rice here, but I'm sure you can find that out.

Use the teriyaki!!!! Just use your frozen veggies and beef--add teriyaki. Perfect. That is what I do unless I have fresh veggies. Soy doesn't have enough flavor and is way to salty to flavor a whole dish. Soy should be used in small amounts.

You can stir fry it all and put it in a fajita shell either with the rice or in place of the rice. I would use teriyaki sauce.

Teriyaki and about 8 oz. of Chardonnay. Make sure you have fresh zucchini and onions.
