All life on Earth exists on a tiny little ball of rock revolving around the sun. If our solar system were the size of your monitor, the Earth would look like this dot -> .
This solar system, in turn, exists in a much larger galaxy made up of about 100 billion or 10^11 other star systems. To put that in perspective, finding the sun in our galaxy is about as easy as finding a specific grain of sand in all of California's coastline.
ON TOP OF THAT there are about 125 BILLION other galaxies.
Earth is not even at the center of it all, we are in the backwaters of the universe in every sense of the word. We exist on the spiral arm of an insignificant galaxy hurtling through space.
Assuming a God created all that I described above, why should it matter what a speck on a dot on another dot on a pinpoint thinks about him? We are so insignificant it's laughable. Doesn't he have more important matters to deal with in this majestic universe of ours?

The point is- to think that we as humans existing such an insignicant existance are so important is just plain ignorant and even more arrogant.
We are nothing. We are statistically nonexistant. If the universe were an irrational number we would have been rounded off a long time ago.
The people who followed the belief that a God existed did not know how insignificant we really were. They thought we were the center of the universe. Now we know this is not the case. This arrogance is outdated.
Your lives really are meaningless. If a gay guy gets married, or a fetus gets aborted, guess what? Everything else in the universe remains intact.

For God so loved the world, that he created 125 billion other galaxies each with 100 billion star systems, just to make constellations in the sky. That's a lot of love. If God didn't love us, he could have just made the sky black. But he didn't, did he? Therefore, God exists.

Quoting scripture to a non-believer or doubter does little good. I marvel at how so many think they can answer a question like this with scripture. You must be on common ground to be able to debate a subject...
Anyways, looking up at the sky and looking at space is proof enough for me that there is SOMETHING up there doing something marvelous. The fact that we know it is God and that he has created so much, has so much going on, is so power full yet still has the time to do things like slow down a morning for a driver that would have hit you, or inspire the wind to part the clouds to give you that burst of sunshine at that perfect moment is what continues to amaze me. We are small, insignificant, and measly yet we see him take the time daily to do little things for us. After all, whats the purpose of creating billions of galaxies and solar systems if there is no one to enjoy them? :)

Given the massive form of logicians and philosophers who believed in God, the indisputable fact that the first public of recent philosophy professors are training theists, the indisputable fact that the first public of works on philosophy in western historic past have been penned by utilising theologians stimulated by utilising theology, and the indisputable fact that the expression "observe of God" in Greek is "trademarks tou theou," i'm uncertain the place you acquire the thought God condemns logic. I easily have in no way heard of any faith that brazenly condemns logic. maximum brazenly recommend it. the undertaking is that logic is nearly a working laptop or laptop application - this is barely as stable as your presuppositions. human beings can stick to the precise comparable logic and are available to 2 thoroughly diverse conclusions because of the fact they start with 2 thoroughly diverse units of assumptions. right that's some logic in action. You logically end that an all-effective deity could be transcendent (i.e. having no similarity to or inherent choose for created issues). however the comparable logic that ends up in understand the transcendence of God additionally forbids us from making any assumptions approximately him, fantastically the thought he could do what we would if we've been all-effective. In different words, your argument is self-defeating, because of the fact the comparable logic that helps your end additionally renders it beside the point.

God is love, and that is his motive for caring about us.
We are like dots, and the Bible says grasshoppers, dust, drops of water.
So to God, size is not really an issue.
Jesus said, 'LET YOUR NAME BE SANCTIFIED.' YHWH or Yahweh, Jehovah, the Father, the Ancient of Days, needs his name sanctified, and he has the power to do it, by destroying all those dots who will not glorify him.
He is keeping the obedient dots. Psalms 37:9-11,29.
The earth is his footstool,and it is dirty now with great sins, so he will clean us up in time.

Yes, it's true, we are but insignificant bits of rock hurtling through time and space, but doesn't that make it all that much more magnificent that God indeed loves us? Loves us so much that He created this wonderful place for us to live, which suits us to perfection.

GOD loves His creation even though, He doesn't need of anything.
Act 17:24 The God that made the world and all things therein, he, being Lord of heaven and earth, dwelleth not in temples made with hands;
Act 17:25 neither is he served by men's hands, as though he needed anything, seeing he himself giveth to all life, and breath, and all things;
GOD wants to share His majesty to people.Don't you like that?
To see the face of your Creator?
Ephesians 1:4 even as he chose us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blemish before him in love:
Ephesians 1:5 having foreordained us unto adoption as sons through Jesus Christ unto himself, according to the good pleasure of his will,

You are in good company when you ask this questions..it has been asked beforePsalm 8:4
what is man that you are mindful of him, the son of man that you care for him? And yet he does.
16"For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son,[a] that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. This is the wonder and beauty of God.
