I was thinking of working with pastel greens and blues, should I plan on incorporating any other colors. Is two colors too limiting?

Two is just fine. But if you want to add an accent color into that, that will be fine, too. Just be careful. Too many and you will have visual overload!
Or you can use just one color, monochromatic; varying shades. Like this

Two to Four, Mostly 3 colors. Two is not too limiting people like to have accent colors though. Have different shades of greens and blues it sounds nice. You DONT have to incorporate any more colors if you dont want to. Have fun with planning your wedding!

I would say use those 2 colors as the main colors and if there's anything else, just use something that goes with it. It doesn't have to be ONLY those 2. Just have fun with it. You don't have to go by any rules, just pick what you like.

You can stick with the two main colors, but I suggest to work with a whole palette of coordinating colors.

I think two are the norm. If you are having a floral design, then keep the rest of your colors very basic - too much variety will look scattered and distracting.

I would aslo say, the two colors isn't bad, and the different tones and shades would be nice, I'm guess a spring wedding?

two colors is good...............generally you know white will come into play as will black. Personally I think using more than 2 colors (outside of black and white) is going overboard.

Whatever number you want. I had light teal, lilac, yellow and pink - with white. For you with greens and blues, you need something to break them up - maybe light yellow or light pink.

This is just my opinion but, I think no more than three colors and those should coordinate.
