Be careful, I would think most girls would find this offensive or gross esp if they don't know you that well. They might take you for a perv. I would try to move her off or stand up and take a breather.
It also depends on who the girl is - does she like you? Are you dating? Have you been intimate? If not, don't take the risk of comming accross as a perv.
