I looked into working/moving to New Zealand last month. This was a very helpful website.

Get an immigration questionnaire from the NZ embassy, look at it and see if you think you might qualify (read the questions!). If you think you might, fill it out, send it in and see what happens.

I have to say, however, that you've put the cart before the horse. You need to live there in order to work there...

Why are people asking this kind of questions here...Have you heard that there are laws.. and for laws you have to ask lawyers? Oh yesssss, there is a job called like that and people practising it...
