I'm Mexican and here he goes the translation:
o sea no seas naca= don't be a hillbilly
mamon=sucker tonto=silly
o sea que oso= it is when a person embarrass himself or herself
or did something big but ridiculous or for example, you are in a place and one of your friends start having a argument and loud in public, to that action we called "a oso". Oso means bear and we use it to describe in a expresion for something big and stupid.
