A Follow Up Question...
Some research states that even though thier has been violent societies in the world, wars, cultural hate, thier has never been a society that rejected GOD and his word like today's society.

If you dis-agree with this statement, how do you think we have embraced GOD and his word in today's world?

I'm in Texas so the majority around here says they're Christian, but I'm sure they have different beliefs about what makes someone Chrstian.
As knowledge is more available, people are less reliant on flimsy excuses.
Even though, technically, the Christians are in the majority, they are not of the same beliefs. For instance, some believe in Hell, others think it's just a metaphor. Around here (US) people aren't physically threatened for having contradictig beliefs. People aren't scared to see/hear other points of views. So, naturally, there are more today who do not agree with what they're told as opposed to a more violent society that insists you agree with them.

funny i emphasize very often that Jesus was the messenger, and not God himself, I think that the people stating the world is secular need to look in the mirror, because they arent worshipping God themselves, but his offspring.

I disagree with both statements, because the bible is man made and so is the religion/relationship with Jesus. I think that the communistic socieities might have a lot more going for them than people care to admit.

we havent. we have not embraced god more then any other in history.

as u go back in time, u see that people relied and depended on gods for more. the need for a god comes with the lack of technology and the increase in poverty. people who have nothing look for something in the only place they can. those who are content with what they have, have no need to look for something.

Religion is far more important in politics now than it was a century ago, but even the very religious aren't properly 'embracing GOD', as you put it. Many use their religion to cover up their prejudices.
