A jet black might work for you, but if you wanted to go darker, I would either say a midnight black, which gives a slight hint of blue at depending on the lighting, or a rich dark brown with cafe colored highlights.

It all depends on your skin tone and eye color. Some women like T'Boz from TLC and Faith Evans can wear the blonde hair and wear it well. But then you have some women who it doesn't look right on them. In my opinion, I think light skinned women look better with just plain old brown hair. Black hair usually tends to make you look pale.

i had the same concerns when i dyed my hair for the 1st time last month, i am latina and on the medium/dark side skin tone. my sister wanted me to go dark for the winter so i went with the brown black shade and i love it! i also had a friend put in burgundy highlights. may sound nutty to some, but it looks great and i get so many compliments on it! it took me a little to adjust to it visually because my hair was medium to light brown, but i am truly glad i did it. whatever you do, rock it with confidence, honey! best of luck!

Dark brown or black with honey highlights! Good Luck!
Sometimes I think jet black alone is too harsh i.e. Naomi Campbell. I really like Beyonce's haircolor.

Wait...what? I advise, the only African human beings with lighter positive factors are those that are biracial. oftentimes they are section black and section white. component is, the biracial human beings i comprehend of have a white parent and a black parent, not a black parent and a parent that has a white super-grandparent. Darker positive factors are oftentimes dominant. I inherited my father's olive epidermis tone particularly of my mom's fairer one. Why? His positive factors are darker and consequently extra dominant. once you're talking approximately people who're regularly African American, then I have not any theory the place your good judgment comes from. I surely have an stunning style of African American acquaintances and their positive factors are fairly the comparable; darkish hair, darkish eyes. they don't have gentle hair or gentle eyes. Now that i've got defined that, enable me remind you: Hispanic isn't a race! you're able to have Asian Hispanics (like the jap/chinese language in Peru), you're able to have Black Hispanics (like those interior the Dominican Republic), you're able to have white Hispanics (like those in Argentina) and ultimately you have people who're blended, oftentimes called Mestizos (0.5 white, 0.5 interior reach American) or mulatto (0.5 white 0.5 black, like the biracial human beings you're describing on your question).

I think bright florescent green [half] combined with bright florescent pink [other half] would be PERFECT; and so natural-looking!
