I really have only seen actual worms with Tape and Round. But they also can get Hook worms but after 10years of caring for 60 cats a day I have never seen these without lab work.
So if you see rice or sesame like segments on his britches or were he sits it is Tape I have one time had a cat vomit a Giant Tape worm the biggest me or the vet have ever seen but he was flown into our facility from Alaska so....It was whole but you can see the segments.
Next with Round they will throw up little string like pieces they are kind of very light tan, most people mistake them and think it is just grass or yarn or strings. But if you look real close the string will have a slightly larger head on one end. Very easy to miss if you do not look real close.
So now if you have tape go online to Revival or I think Petco sells TRADEWIND Tape worm tabs. This is the exact same ingredients as the vets use. You will buy it in a small vial it will contain 3 pills, so you can retreat when need be.
Next if it looks like round go to Revival again or Walgreens and buy Reeses Human Pinworm medication. It will kill Round or Hook. It is completely safe and the same as vets use. It is Bananna flavored and I usually mix it with a little warm milk cats love it. You will use 1CC or 1ML per 10lbs. So if you cat is 10lbs+/- use 1CC mixed with food or milk or just give it to him orally. There will be plenty left to retreat as needed.

Sometimes cats with worms show absolutely no symptoms. The only way to know for SURE is to take a stool sample to your vet for analysis. They will be able to tell you right away if your cat(s) have worms. And, most likely, if one has worms, they both do. You will have to de-worm both. Your vet can provide de-worming medicine which is better than anything you can buy over the counter, and it's relatively cheap. I would call your vet, tell them about your worm suspicion, and ask if they can take a look at a stool sample. This doesn't take long or cost much and it's well worth it for your kitties!

It depends on the type of worm. If its tapeworm, you can get two pills from the vet. Give them both to the cat at once and that's it. If you cat is continually getting worms, you should have him checked out by the vet anyway.

use D-Worm... if it is Tape worms then that would be a different D-Worm product to purchase. 2 kinds of D-Worm and they both take care of specific worms..

Get busy D-worm those cats of yours NOW... lol

GOOD LUCK

If it is tapeworms, that is commonly caused by then cleaning their fur and ingesting fleas. You need to not only get them medication for the parasite, but eliminate your flea proble. This may be a challenge, but it may be the only way.
