skubasam: yeah right .. the spelling, that must be it. that is probably also the reason why i'm having a real life and job and you are still reading these answers 3 times to see if there are any miss spells in it like a schoolkid. probably wanting people on here to make your homework to ha?

but reading your"ps"i doubt that 66 is your birth year. and as you see most people here agree with me. how are kids today gonna learn to stand on they're own feet if they get every thing done for them?

I believe they remember best when they ask questions to us and get many different views. It's a good thing so help them if you can. It may appear as lazy, but I think they will be impressed by your views and the views of others. It seems to be study just as it would be reading in books that are subject to 'leave out' points that you may be able to express. Any study is good study, I wished I had access to the web when I was young, because even at my age(48) I learn something every time I read some of the answers to questions, I'm sure is homework. Acceleration to better intellegent has to be good, don't you think?

At least they're putting forth an effort to get it right as opposed to just not doing anything at all. They're kids. Give em a break, and you know what, I find it really odd that a grown man would get on here, call kids "dumd". You make me question some adults, and the age level of their mentality. How quickly we forget when we were young.
P.S. To those of you that are getting on here agreeing with this guy, and you can't even spell a simple word. Take a look at yourself before you chime in with this guy whom calls kids "dumd".
P.S.S. Grow up.

I agree that it's the parents fault. My little brother is always asking for help- I'm like, just look it up. I don't think it's a bother on yahoo answers, if you're annoyed you don't have to be on here, so...but some questions- like I asked one; it was a homework question but I was looking for some unbiased answers. I already had my answers, just wanted to know what people thought. That's different.

The amount of homework I see kids coming home with today I'm
surprised they can get it done before going to bed (and that, even
if it's easy for them). If they're on Yahoo, it's no "bother" to skip the
question. Can be fun seeing if you remember how to do the problem. Maybe we can be glad that these kids are still IN school
(((Just another viewpoint)))

Times have changed.
We were able to use the library as a "resouce" to find out the information we needed.
The 21st century "resource" just happens to be the internet.
BUT...To slightly support idea...I've seen WAY too many questions posted that could be answered by a Google search.

They are lazy and under educated. I don't usually respond to a question that sounds like it's some ones homework. There used to be something called a work ethic, but is becoming extinct.

the answer is no.
What do you mean "bother us" anyway?
Were you planning on doing something else on 'Yahoo Answers' besides answering questions?
That's kinda the point of the entire website.
Seriously - some question about algebra that helps an 8th grader is about a hundred times more valuable than this particular question for example.
Think about it.
I will take those 10 points now.

They are to lazt, most of the questions they ask the answers are on the internet. The time that it takes them to type in the question here they could have found it on the net!
