I have a credit card that started out with a $500.00 limit. I used it and payed over the minimum (All on time-CURRENT) for a few months and now after it being almost a year it is up to $750.00 limit.
I also have an auto loan with Wells Fargo Financial. I've been making payments on that for over a year. (All on time-CURRENT)

I WANT TO KNOW HOW I FIGURE OUT IF THESE COMPANIES ARE REPORTING MY ON TIME PAYMENTS TO BE SEEN ON MY CREDIT REPORT. AND WHO MUST THEY BE REPORTED TO?

I am 19... My fico score is 197. I have been paying ontime but I don't think Wells Fargo Financial is reporting my current payments.

I'm Sorry to hear thing are not working out for you.

I recommend going to myFico.com and purchasing the credit report and simulator so you can check to see if your credit is being reported and at the same time find out how to improve your credit.

Good Luck

There are many ways for you to raise your fico score. You will need to first monitor all credit records. You will also need to know what is on each (of the 3)credit report, since all 3 reports may differ. A few suggestions to improve your score is by eliminating negative information from your credit reports, by making on time payments, and also by not having too many credit enquiries on your credit reports. Here is a great site I saw for your situation.

First of all, unless you're in some country outside the USA, your FICO is NOT 197. The lowest FICO possible is 350.

Go to www.annualcreditreport.com and pull your free reports. You can verify that the information is being reported. For a fee you can also see your scores.

Call both your auto loan and credit card company and demand that they report you timely payments to all three credit bureaus and if they refuse then refinance your auto loan with another bank that will and do the same with your credit card.

You should get your annual credit report and ensure that there are no other derogatories on your credit, if they didn't report it correctly, show them the proof (i.e. statements) that you paid on time and they should help correct the error!! Hope that helps!
