Definitely not german and not dutch either, I tend to agree with bored, it looks like danish.
I try to tell what i can understand as a german (danish ressembles german).It looks like a product advertisement about a new version of Linerider and how you can sweep (?, perhaps choose?) from different things and many and many more.
Again, this is no good translation, just to give you a general idea.
