I know about "espiritu" and "tribu," of course. I believe "mano" used to end in 'u' as well, but doesn't today. I assume these -u words would all derive from Latin 4th declension nouns, a partial list of which is shown here:

OK, I was not counting tu and su, but I guess technically they count too. I wasn't thinking of foreign words either... but thanks for the comments. My son asked me this question a couple days ago.

Honestly, I don't think there are that many, especially if you don't count foreign transliterations, especially ones brought straight over from French. I guess menú is another.

That's a mouthful. It would be like asking what words end in O in english. It could e done but there's got to be at least a couple hundred.
