I think you will do fine. I have included on-line checklists. Print one out, and write in the notes. Please do not stress.

I notice you made no mention of a musician/soloist for the wedding ceremony. Don't forget about the tossing of a bouquet, and also the garter. Are you lighting a unity candle in the ceremony? How about bulletins to hand out to each guest? What about the bubbles? (or birdseed, but that is messy) Are you releasing doves at the end of the ceremony? Don't forget to make appointments for hair, nails, and makeup. Tuxedos and gowns need to be purchased or rented. Have a container (basket, small mailbox, etc,) available for guests to put their cards in. Rehearsal dinner reservations need to be made. Gifts for attendants, parents, preacher, musicians. SMILE! Don't forget to relax and have fun! It is a once-in-a-lifetime day!

plates, forks, cups, Tuxes, Rings, Marriage Liscence...and, if you want, gifts for the wedding party (bridesmaids, groomsmen, maid of honor, best man, flowergirl, ring bearer, parents and anyone else included in the wedding) as a thank you for participating in your exciting day!

also, consider shoes, jewelry and things like that. (make sure the groom has the appropriate colored socks to go with his tux...mine wore white...his tux was black. He had to borrow his brothers black socks)

Good Luck! and Congratulations!!

Oooh, and whatever you are going to have your guests throw at you (ie rice, rose petals, bubbles, birdseed,...)

I found this planning checklist on line http://www.weddinglenox.com/advises/Wedding_planning_scheduling.php.

You can also try their matching system http://www.weddinglenox.com/membersignup1.php that will match you up with local vendors. I tried it and have good result as I only recieved email from vendors according to my request.

One problem I had with my wedding is that it is hard to locate vendors in most website as most likely they group by states and there are too many of them that's too far from me and I have to look at each site to figure out.

The sites I provide above have a easy to use layout to show you pictures, pricing and location in one page plus, you can send out your inquiry for matching vendor to contact you. That save me lots of time to locate the best vendors with the right price.

We can't really tell you what you need because we don't know what you want & have planned.

Sit down & go through the whole event in your mind. Do you need wheel chair access? You know where you're going to dress?
Wedding rings? License? Attendants gifts?

You should check out www.theknot.com it's the best, I absolutely couldn't get married without it. You plug in your date and it tells you, based on the months you have left, what you should have completed by now. It's a really wonderful tool and it's FREE.

Your best bet is to go online to www.theknot.com. They suggest what they think you may need and allow you to edit and keep tabs with your check list. It is a very helpful website.
