Already been checked by doctors, had every test done and they said nothing's wrong with me.

I'm sorry friend, but if your doctors can't answer this no one on here will be able to. You might be impacted---that's when your stool is so hard and dry that it completely plugs you up. I would go back to the doctor if I were you.

Sounds like bloating along with some possible IBS. You need to take an anti-gas med after you eat for the bloating and use a fiber supplement at least every day to help regulate your bowels. If it has been 5 days now since you last BM use a suppository or an enema to relieve your current constipation.

Look into Colonics. Doctors don't recommend it to patients because it's considered "alternative medicine". But trust me, it works. It helped my sister-in-law. 5 days without a bowel movement is NOT okay.

Your abdomen might blow up whenever you eat because perhaps you are over eating....eat more fiber to get that backed up food moving!!!!

Sometimes its a result of overusing laxatives or bad diet. I would try some extra vitamin C.

find a new doctor first of all, then eat fiber and exercise and if nothing else try some laxitives.
