I've worked closley with a girl for a bit now and we are always flirting. She very nice to me and there are alot of sign that she is in to me. The other day we were working and everything was fine. After bugging her a little bit she got cold on me and kept telling me I was mean. I wasn't really being that mean, if anything I was bugging her because I didn't want her to know how I really felt. I always joke with her like this and she doesn't seem to get mad. She also tried to put me down and belittle me ( i can be pretty cocky sometimes). After, we were joking around a little bit and she kept telling me I was cute. Everything was fine. Then she hit me with it- and told me that I was annyoing but it's ok because I make her laugh. I know I can be annoying at times, and feel i was being more annoying because i had my feeling for her on my mind. Now i'm not sure if she really thinks i'm annoying or she just said that because she knows how I feel and won't tell her.

I know that girls can be mean to a guy if they like them (not always the case). How could she be so nice and sweet all the time and always be around me, then turn like that. I really value our time at work together and would hate for there to be tension. Since I'm not going to see her for a while, I want to write her a letter, explaining myself because its really bugging me. I've never done anything like this before and normally would ignore a situation like this and laugh it off. This time is different because think very highly of this girl and don't want any bad feelings between us. Does it seem like she truly thinks I'm annoying or is she playing games.

Ask her out to dinner! Or out for drinks after work. Then you'll know if she's into you. You're not making any progress in the office so ask her out, then ask her out to the movies, then cook for her at your house. Do something!
